Refund & Return Policy — Bisa Botanicals

At Bisa Botanicals, every product is crafted with intention, care, and high-quality ingredients. Due to the nature of our goods, we are unable to accept general returns, but we are committed to making things right if your experience falls short.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bisabotanicals.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer
Our products are made with natural botanicals and plant-based ingredients. Individual sensitivities can vary, and we are unable to offer refunds based on allergic reactions or personal sensitivities. We encourage reviewing all ingredients carefully before purchase.

Please note the following applies to all products sold by Bisa Botanicals: "This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease"

Returns
Due to safety and quality standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened items may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis—please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request approval. If approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Lost or Stolen Packages
Bisa Botanicals is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
