Bisa Botanicals Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bisa Botanicals. We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and affordably. This page outlines everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.


Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods (such as seasonal sales or holidays), processing may take extra time. 


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


International Shipping

We currently do not ship to international destinations.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for express or expedited orders.
  • At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

If tracking shows as “delivered” but your package is missing, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if it hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  • Email us at hello@bisabotanicals.com within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
  • Include your order number and relevant photos (for damaged items).
  • We’ll investigate with the carrier and provide a response once confirmed.

We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses the customer provides.


Holiday and Seasonal Delays

During peak seasons (e.g., November–December), shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing holiday gift orders early to ensure timely delivery.
